The Dirty Onion

Gang, everybody knows my feelings on California. But every now and then, people, given a chance surprise you.

The voters took charge of their own fate and re-soundly dumped the tax increases back into the lap of Big Government. They just said NO. Now it is time for all of  the politicians to go do something that is HARD, and not take the easy way out…Again.

This is the revolution that I have been telling you about. Voters are finally figuring out that they DO have a choice, and lawmakers DO have to listen when WE speak. Let us not waste this opportunity that California has given us. Now is the time to start calling and e-mailing your representatives in Congress, hinting STRONGLY that we have had enough. If they can do it, we can too.

I was talking to a guy today that was REALLY mad about the bailout. My guy lost ALL of his benefits and retirement when United went under,he was a pilot. The UAW got ALL of the benefits protected from the bankruptcy, wanna know how?

Campaign contributions, public backing for President, and the biggest sin of all, LOBBIESTS. It is time to change the system. Why is one group more important than the other? Did the lives of one NOT get crushed? Did the money that all those employees put in to the retirement account go back to the pilots, mechanics, flight attendants, etc.?

The current administration has pointed out that business as usual is no longer OK. The problem is that THEY are perpetuating the same tactics and policies that EVERY other party in power has done. Only they have made the power struggle for the common man bigger and harder.

I was at my in-laws doing work for them. My youngest son asked for some ice for his drink. He was told to go get it by Grandpa. My son asked where, and Grandpa told him in the oven…He went and looked in the oven.

On the surface, this is VERY funny, and then my wife said something that completely astounded me. She said it is funny how people will take for granted ANYTHING told to them by someone they love or trust. I think that is one of the smartest things I have ever heard. It explains what has happened to our country.

The public THINKS it can trust our politicians because they are hip or cool. Now we find out the ice is NOT in the oven, and there is embarrassment spread all around.

You know why I don’t lie? It’s simple, I can’t remember what lie I told. You can catch me every time. Nancy Pelosi should remember that…

She was told, not told, didn’t understand, was lied to, and is being framed by the CIA by them lying. Any way you look at it, she is in deep poopie. Problem is, the Attorney General is appointed by the ruling party, and is apparently NOT interested in justice or the truth.

They want to prosicute those that did the water boarding, for supposedly commiting crimes. Here is where the waters get muddy, if she WAS told, she is complicit and should be held for the crimes as well. Uh oh, She can’t be a common criminal, She is a LEADER!

This is why ALL politicians should be held to term limits, it LIMITS their lying to two terms. We wouldn’t have had to deal with her for as long as we have, and all of the other ego-maniacs would have to find another line of work.

For the longest time I told all that I knew, California should be cut off from the rest of America, drug out to sea and sunk to the bottom. Well, I have changed my thoughts on this. California should stay in place, the POLITICIANS should be drawn and quarterd.

I shall explain.  60,000 HUMANS  have been forced out of work because of a…Wait for it…Fish. You see, they have cut off the water to the San Joaquin valley for all but fish use. No water for farmers, ranchers, Orchards, grass, or HUMANS. No, it does flow by all of these things, they just  can’t get any of it.

I have railed against terrorists from other countries that have come to kill us. They are bad, yes, but the politicians that have done this are truly evil. We are dependant on foreign oil, consumer goods, and labor. Now you want us to import or FOOD as well? Yes I know that we do import food from other countries, but not because of NOT being able to grow our own.

We grow the FINEST food in the world, bar none. Our country did not poison the world like China did. Why would our duly elected officials shut down one of the most productive areas in the WORLD? For a fish, that’s why. Sorry girls, I know that you say California cows are happy cows, but not when they are DYING of thirst.

If this was a natural disaster, the news would be all over it, but this is man made. Not only man made, but made by ELECTED man…That is despicable.

P.s. I told you that I would let you know when something goes right as well. Cu-dos to Pres. Obama for defying the court order to release pictures of our military interrogating prisoners, for fear of our troops safety. I, and all the troops and their families, thank you.
